DESCRIPTION Solvent-free epoxy impregnation primer for concrete and other porous, mineral surfaces. RECOMMENDED USE Impregnation Primer 5401 is designed for application on concrete and masonry and is primarily intended for roller and brush application. Provides a good key for adhesion on porous, mineral substrates prior to the application of several RUST-OLEUM Systems like; 9100, 5500, Pegakote, 9400 and can also be used as a tack-coat for 5180 Epoxy Repair Mortar.
