Details
Self-levelling liquid urethane that in minutes turns into a non-sag putty for repairing gouges, tears, holes and coats clips for heavy weight SBR conveyor belt.
Intended Use:
Coats hinged or solid plate fastener systems to protect them from cleaner damage.
Rebuild worn rubber top ply of SBR belts protecting surface from abrasion and impact from aggregate.
Work time: 7-9 minutes.
Excellent abrasion resistance.
Superior adhesion.

Back in service in 90 minutes.
Kit contains: resin, curing agent, surface conditioner, mixing bucket/container, scrub pad, gloves, paper towels and wooden paddle.
Please note ITW Performance Polymers is changing the package configuration of the curing agent in the Devcon R-Flex 1.5 lb kit (SKU #15565) from May 2023. The curing agent package will change from a foil pouch to a 200ml plastic jar.
