Ambersil 30226-AA Formula 14 (Fourteen) Release Agents 400ml (Carton of 12)

Non-silicone based release agent, specially developed for the mould release of thermoplastics which require post mould process treatment (painting, printing, thermo-welding, etc).
Active product is based on an edible food oil and may be used for the mould release of toys etc.
Has excellent lubricating properties with a temperature resistance of up to 200°C.
Produces a high durability film, giving low migration during use.
Increases the mould tool working life.
Increases the slip and release properties of mould tool.
Especially recommended for the de-moulding of plastics (LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, POM, PA) which have to be treated after de-moulding.
Can be used for the release of products where a food quality product is needed.
