Details
Enables a MMA welder (not included) to perform MIG welding.
Achieves both gas and gasless MIG welding.
Uses 0.8mm wires which are housed in the MIG spool gun.
For use with either gas or gasless MIG wire of up to 0.6kg spool sizes.
Supplied with Dinse adaptors and the cables required for converting.
All stored in a heavy duty plastic storage case.
Note: For a successful weld joint, the molten metal must be protected from contaminating gases found in the air. This is either achieved by supplying the torch with gas from a bottle or setting the machine up for no-gas and using a flux cored filler wire. The shield is produced as the flux in the wire melts. To connect a gas bottle to the welder, you may need a suitable regulator such as Draper Stock No.44352, or similar. As this product is only used in conjunction with an arc welder, the earthing cable and clamp remain connected to the arc welder in use.- Features
