- Application: When using Ronseal's 3-in-1 Basecoat make sure your room is above 10°C, and open a window to keep it ventilated
- Cold weather can stop the paint from drying properly
- Cover anything you don’t want to get paint over
- Get rid of any loose paint or plaster by giving it a quick sand
- Wipe the area you’re going to paint with a damp cloth to make sure it’s clean and free from dust
- Give it a really good stir
- Then use a roller or brush to put it on
- It’ll be touch dry in 2 hours
- Extra coats may be required when making dramatic colour changes
- After 4 hours it’ll be ready to paint over
