- These trade quality mini rollers feature ultra-tough nylon fabric, which has a high resistance to abrasion and solvents, making it ideal for solvent/oil-based gloss and satin for wood and metal, 2-pack paints such as epoxy resins, as well as emulsion paints for walls and ceilings
- The fabric is machine woven, giving the fibres a double anchor with low lint and excellent durability, standing up to heavy duty use and washing out well after use, enabling the rollers to be reused time after time
- The 8mm (0.3") medium-short pile is suitable for gloss and satin paints on wood and metal, for woodstains and varnishes on smooth planed wood and for interior emulsion paints (eg. matt, silk, eggshell) on smooth surfaces such as plaster, drywall, and ceilings (excluding textured plasters such as artex)
- Note that this roller is not suitable for use with GRP/fibreglass resins
- It is suitable for colour changes similar to the previous one (the opacity/covering power of the paint is of course critical as well); for more substantial emulsion colour changes you should choose a medium pile roller instead
- The rollers are compatible with all standard 6mm diameter bar mini roller frames
- For best results they should be washed in cold or tepid water before first use to remove any loose fibres
- Stand the roller on its end and allow it to dry fully (ideally overnight) before using
