Good service from lawson, fast delivery item well packaged. Good product for what I needed it for. Would have been 5 star but had to cut the rim to fit 8" fan as actual inner diameter was actually 7 and 7 eighth of an inch so would not fit over the fan. Not great to have to do this... Read More. Not great to have to do this but I needed to get the job done. Also FedEx tracking was poor update as to where the item was during delivy date. Changed time of delivery twice on the day, said they would need us to sign on delivery, did not ask for this when delivered. They sent email at 06.20 to advise delivery between 08.20 - 12.30 good job we were up early then! Later changed to a time before 6.30pm so that meant whole day waiting in then they actually delivered it at 12.20ish. |
