Highly effective, non-silicone mould release agent, based on a blend of waxes and hydrocarbon solvents.
Specifically formulated to facilitate release of high density rigid polyurethanes and refrigeration/insulation foams.
Low mould build-up.
Reduced post moulding costs (no degreasing needed).
Will allow post painting, in-mould painting and adhesion of secondary coverings.
Easily removed using Ambersil Heavy Duty Mould Cleaner or Ambersil Mould Cleaner (for resin tooling).
Ensures a quick & easy release of high density rigid polyurethane foams & refrigeration foams from aluminium, steel and silicone rubber moulds.
Completely free of silicones and will therefore allow decorative treatment (e.g. staining, painting) of the moulded part.
