Ambersil 31548-AA Formula 4 (Four) PVC/PU Elastomer Release Aerosol (Carton of 12 x 400ml)

Non-silicone mould release agent.
Based on ‘edible’ vegetable oils and has been formulated for all types of polymers.
Provides a ‘wet’ non-silicone release film for the release of PVC and Polyurethane Elastomers in injection moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes.
Ideal for use in the production of food quality packaging.
Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production.
Also useful as an anti-stick agent in the food, textiles, foam converting, printing and shoe industries.
Completely free of silicones and will therefore allow decorative treatment (e.g. painting, plating) of the moulded part.
Operational up to 200°C.
