I spoke to Alan in sales on Monday am and placed an order and posed a question in relation to that order. Alan took the order and said he would look into my query. This he did with due diligence and answered the question. My order has just arrived (1230hrs) today. Dear Team, I recently purchased a Makita 24V SDS Drill. I ordered it over the internet on Tuesday and was using it by Friday. The website is great, really easy to navigate and has given me faith in buying other products this way. For Alan's Boss. - I have bought a lot of tools from your company over the last couple of years and have referred a lot of other Irish customers to your site. I had a problem with the 3000c drill in a Makita Supermak kit which I bought from you. It was a long and difficult process getting it sorted out as it had to be returned twice. I wanted to say how helpful Alan was in facilitating the repair. He went out of his way to make sure everything from the pick up to dealing with Makita was taken care of. As you can imagine getting repairs done was always a concern for me when buying in the UK but having been thru this process has left me much more comfortable about dealing with your company.
